Typically, I am a do-it-yourselves. Unfortunately, many of the common materials that are used for plumbing and heating solutions and found at your local hardware store are NOT of the best quality, (some items are not even usable). Additionally, I’ve discovered that it takes a great deal of practice and training to be able to effectively use the various types of solders and all the other materials commonly used in this line of work. And, with all the rules and regulations constantly changing, a do-it-yourselves can easily make a very costly mistake. Certified Inc. workmanship and service has always been terrific and their prices are fair and reasonable. Certified has quality parts, all the essential equipment and a complete team of highly trained people. I’ve been a customer of Certified Inc. for over 30 years and have always been very pleased!

I just wanted to let your company know that I have had to have your services twice, once for plumbing issues and then again today for central air issues. I cannot say enough how happy I have been both times in regards to the response time in which you contacted me once a request had been sent by my warranty company and then coming and taking care of things, along with how friendly the two different gentlemen were that came. Today Philip Woodford came to fix my central air and he could not have been any nicer and allowing me to follow him around so that I knew exactly what was going on as I live alone and like to know what things are. I cannot remember the name of the gentlemen that had to come and do the wonderful job of unclogging my sewer back-up, but once again a very friendly person and also didn't mind me standing there watching what was going on. I just thought that you should know that from the two employees that I have come in contact with from your company-they were awesome and I will definitely call on you again!

Just wanted you to know how pleased we were with your services. Jason from the shop was great on the phone and the response time was unbelievable (like 20 minutes after I called the first time, Chris was knocking at my door). And the three plumbers who helped us out, Chris, Josh and Jeff, were o knowledgeable, helpful and efficient, it was a pleasure to know we were in "good hands with Certified".
